About the Facility: Merit Health Wesley is a 211-bed acute care hospital located in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, serving the Pine Belt region and surrounding communities. The facility is recognized for its commitment to quality, patient-centered care and offers a broad range of medical and surgical services, including cardiovascular care, orthopedics, neurology, women’s services, emergency medicine, and advanced surgical programs. As the area’s first accredited Chest Pain Center and the only local hospital accredited for heart failure care, Merit Health Wesley continues to invest in innovative technology and expanded specialty services to support exceptional patient outcomes.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7am to 5pm
Case Mix: Obstetric, Gynecologic, Endoscopy, Urology, Ophthalmology, General, Cardiovascular, Neuro spine. No neuro heads.
Call Requirements: There are no call requirements for this position.

Education and experience equivalent to:
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of medicine in anesthesia with a current license in good standing to practice in the state in which you are located.
