Indiana is a “big” small town with a lot to offer. Enjoy 280 beautiful acres of woods and fields at the IUP Co-op Park, a recreational area where you’ll find 10 miles of hiking, running, and walking trails. You can also throw discs at the 18-hole disc golf course or go sledding, tubing, or tobogganing on the range. You can also tour the Historic District where you will see a variety of buildings dating back to as early as 1824.
Shifts: Available Wednesday – Friday (No call, no nights, no weekends).
Talent Necessary
• Comfortable practicing independently
• At least 2 years of experience
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification
Benefits: Benefits are available to employees working 30 or more hours per week. This position is not benefit eligible.
Malpractice
Professional Liability will be covered by LifeLinc for 1099 independent contractors.

HIPAA
Education and experience equivalent to:
The Nurse Anesthetist shall be a Graduate of an approved school of nursing and a graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the AANA Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor. The CRNA will have successfully completed the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) Council on Certification or its predecessor's.
