LifeLinc Anesthesia is currently seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for an exciting opportunity providing high quality, cost-effective anesthesia care in an autonomous, but collaborative clinical environment. About the Facility: Watsonville Community Hospital is acommunity healthcare provider; a 106 bed facility that offers a comprehensive portfolio of medical and surgical services to the culturally diverse tri-county area along California’s Central Coast.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am to 3:00pm, with call. 3 8-hour OR shifts are required each month.
Case Mix: All specialities, no cardiac and no neuro

Compensation
$6,000 per month (for 3 8-hour OR shifts per month)
Additional compensation for shifts beyond the 3 required OR shifts is paid at the following rates:
-$1,000 for each weekday OR call shift
-$1,500 for each weekend OR call shift
-$3,500 for each 24-hour OB call shift
-$250 per hour with an 8-hour guarantee for OR shifts (non call)

HIPAA
Education and experience equivalent to:
The Nurse Anesthetist shall be a Graduate of an approved school of nursing and a graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the AANA Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor. The CRNA will have successfully completed the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) Council on Certification or its predecessor's.
